Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in a course with VEP Tech Academy.

1. Enrollment
Enrollment in any course is confirmed only after the required fee (or first installment, where EMI is offered) has been received. Course fees, batch dates, and seat availability shown on this website are updated regularly but should be confirmed with our team at the time of booking.
2. Course Delivery
Courses are delivered live online unless otherwise stated. Class recordings are made available to enrolled students for revision purposes. Course content, schedule, and instructor availability may be adjusted where necessary, with reasonable notice to students.
3. Fees & Refunds
Fees paid are generally non-refundable once a batch has commenced, except at the discretion of VEP Tech Academy management on a case-by-case basis. Any refund or rescheduling requests should be raised in writing to reachus@veptechacademy.com before the batch start date.
4. Certificates
A certificate of completion is issued to students who meet the attendance and assignment-completion requirements of their course, as communicated by the instructor. Certificates do not constitute an official Microsoft or third-party certification unless explicitly stated.
5. Placement Assistance
Placement assistance — including resume support, mock interviews, and referrals — is provided on a best-effort basis as part of select courses. VEP Tech Academy does not guarantee employment or a specific salary outcome.
6. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow learners. VEP Tech Academy reserves the right to remove a student from a batch in cases of disruptive or abusive conduct, without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
Course materials, recordings, and resources provided to students are for personal learning use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without written permission from VEP Tech Academy.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality training, VEP Tech Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our courses or this website.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
